You provide accurate information, protect access credentials and assign each member the required permission level. Activity performed with a valid session is considered to be carried out for your organization unless fraudulent access is reported promptly.
The platform must be used for lawful professional communications. Spam, impersonation, unlawful data collection, bypassing Meta rules, harmful content and attempts to access another tenant are prohibited.
You remain responsible for published instructions, knowledge sources, offers and commercial decisions. Sensitive scenarios must be tested before activation and a human handoff must be available when the agent cannot answer reliably.
The plans, quotas and amounts displayed during checkout are authoritative. Subscription payments are confirmed server-side by Chariow; a success message in the interface alone never activates a plan.
The service may change to improve security, compliance or functionality. Planned interruptions or outages imposed by an external provider are handled diligently, without guaranteeing a total absence of incidents.
