Request deletion of your data

1. Open our contact center.
2. Enter the email address used for your GetFlowly IA account.
3. State that your request concerns data deletion and, where applicable, a Meta or WhatsApp connection.

We verify your identity before deleting anything in order to protect your account. Once approved, the relevant data is deleted or anonymized, except where limited retention is required by law, security or accounting obligations.

You can also revoke GetFlowly IA access from your Meta Business account settings. Disconnecting stops new exchanges; a separate request may be required to delete data already stored in the platform.
